Delivery and Collection

How it works

This service is completed using our e-cargo bike, the Flying Satsuma, and will be performed within our Hub opening hours in no particular order. We operate within a 3 mile radius of our Hub on the Lower Bristol Rd. Please expect that the item will arrive after the stated time on the email - this is an auto-generated time.

Please check the description of the item before selecting the delivery option. Some items are not available for delivery as they will not fit on the bicycle, or are too delicate to transport safely.

When you book a delivery, it includes both delivering the item(s) to you, and collecting them when the loan period is over.

You do need to be at home to accept the delivery and again when we collect your items.

Delivery and collection costs £3 plus £1 per item.

We generally need 48 hours notice for delivery but will do our best to accommodate you.

Thursday 1pm-4pm

Friday 10am-1pm
