Lockers Frequently Asked Questions

Can I borrow from the lockers?

Yes! You need to be +18 years old . You need to be an existing member or become a member by registering online and choosing a membership. We also need to register your photo ID and proof of address.  You can bring this into the Share and Repair Hub, or register it via a link we will send you. You will not be able to collect your item from the lockers if we have not registered your ID. 

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR 6 DIGIT LOAN CODE WHEN YOU COLLECT.



I haven't received an email to register my ID yet?

This is not an automated process, one of the team needs to manually send you a link to register your ID, so please bear with us. If you need to borrow something urgently, please contact us or come into the Share and Repair Hub to register your ID in person. Please note that we cannot check your ID at Mulberry Park Hub.


I borrowed from the lockers, but I want to return my item to the Share and Repair Hub, can I drop it off with you?

Items borrowed from the lockers must be returned to the lockers, and vice versa. We're sorry but we cannot accept items borrowed from Mulberry Park Hub at the Share and Repair Hub, you will need to return it to the lockers using your return code.

Can I send someone else to collect or return my item to the lockers? 

Yes, all they need is the code. We just ask you to make sure the person collecting is 18+ and physically capable of carrying/transporting the item.


I forgot to return part of my loan item when I put it back in the locker, what do I do?

Each return and borrow code is unique and can only be used once, so please try to make sure you have all items with you when you collect or return. If you forget something, contact us and we can open the locker remotely during opening hours. As a last resort you can ask  for help at Mulberry Park Reception. 

What do I do if the locker won't open?

Check your code and try again. Wait a while just in case it's the wi-fi and try again. If it still won't open, give us a call. If we are not available then please ask for help at the Mulberry Park Reception desk. 

What if I can’t get to Mulberry Park to collect my item?

You will be able to collect any time during your loan period, it doesn't have to be the first day. But don’t forget you must return it at the end of your loan period.


What if I can’t get to Mulberry Park to return my item?

Please make every effort to return your item on time as it may be booked by another customer!

You can ask a friend or family member to return the item for you, all they need is the return code. Alternatively if it is not booked by someone else we can extend the loan for you if you give us a call or drop us an email.
